Mastery comes from repetition. And routine. And relentlessness. But mostly from practice. But mostly from paying attention. When the line you’re staring at for decades not years gets so close you can put your toe on it. And then you become the machine. And then the machine replaces you. And then you’re there. And then it starts over from the beginning. Mastery comes from this.
